Changing of the Guard

This activity is an evening dinner event for Club members and their spouses to honor the outgoing President and welcome the new President.  It is held the last week of June.

Firesides

This evening event generally occurs twice a year in lieu of the traditional Thursday noon meeting.  In recent years, it has been held at the Whiting Boat House in Neenah.  There is a program and meal, but no formal business meeting.  The dress is casual and card games and fellowship complete the evening.

Octoberfest Fund Raiser

The Club sponsors and works a booth at the Annual Appleton Octoberfest.  Menu items that have contributed to the success of this day of fellowship include: steak sandwiches, foot-long hot dogs, pop and chips.

Rotary Roundup

This activity is an auction/dinner fund-raising affair and has be a Neenah Rotary event since 1990.  The Roundup is usually held at the end of April or the first weekend in May.  The oral and silent auction continues to be a successful fund raiser and evening of fellowship.

Seafood Fest

This fund raiser is a 11/2 day summer event designed to be a festive, family gathering for the residents of Neenah and Menasha, and give Rotarians an opportunity to get to know one another better on a less formal basis.  The joint event, co-sponsored by the Neenah and Menasha Rotary Clubs, boasts a large and varied menu ranging from chips and salsa to a 1? pound live lobster boil.  It is one of the Club? premier events in terms of money raised, man-power consumed and camaraderie enjoyed.
